Neighborhood beautification projects to be done this calendar year

- CVHC – 3 letters sent this month for property improvement requests, discuss additional letters to residents with a focus on lawn maintenance, and homes that have mold/algae on the stucco.
- BUDGET REPORT – Review the month’s expenses. Discuss any outstanding accounts, which will be sent to collections this month. Discuss budget from reserves for neighborhood improvements that are due.
- LANDSCAPING COMMITTEE UPDATE
