Greetings Lakeside at Baymeadows residents!
I wanted to invite you to attend our monthly board meeting, this month it will be held at the home of our HOA President, Erin Kofoed at 9217 Augusta Ct. We are meeting Wednesday, August 12th at 6:30 pm.
If you are wanting to do any work on the exterior of your home (visible from street), now’s the time to submit an ARC Request, so we can get you a quick approval! CLICK HERE for the ARC form.
REMINDER: If you received a “VIOLATION NOTICE” you have until August 29th to complete the work (about two weeks away)! Fines/fees to be applied by the CVHC on items not completed.
CALL TO ACTION: We have 1 spot available on the Community Violations and Hearings Committee. If you are willing to help serve on this committee, please email or call – or join us at the board meeting!
Agenda items for this month will include:
- Approve July Minutes – follow up on all action items therein
- ARC request approvals (3 to approve)
- President’s Report
- CVHC: Planning the final neighborhood violation notice walk through, August 30th. 1 open position on the committee to be filled by resident.
- Landscaping update – Meadow Walk HOA berm, and white fence panels
- Capital Project Updates, sink hole repair, signage repair
- July Budget Approval
- Social Event Planning (September 18, live music, BBQ, and potluck) – DON’T FORGET TO RSVP to Erin at 904-749-2177 by Sept 1st!
- Follow up on drainage submissions
