COMMITTEES: We are looking for members to join our committees, please CONTACT US if you are interested in serving!

• Architectural Review Committee (ARC) – Oversees community architectural standard and approves requests for modification.
• Community Violations Hearing Committee (CVHC) – Comprised of 3 residents who make unbiased recommendations to the board when applying fines, or if a hearing is requested by a resident.
• Landscaping Committee – Oversee the landscaping needs of the community common areas.
• Social Committee – Plan and carry out community events.
• Newsletter Committee – Take part in shaping our newsletter, take assignments for quarterly highlights on the neighborhood.
