Greetings to our Linkside at Baymeadows HOA members!
Please see (below) the meeting minutes for June, August, and an Executive Session on August 29th. There was no meeting in July.
There have been recent changes on the board of directors, Erin Kofoed (prior secretary) is now the interim President, and Susan Delmerico (prior member at large) is now the interim treasurer. We are in need of a Secretary. We also have one director that will reach the end of their term. We are looking for 2 residents to join the board of directors – effective immediately (until the end of the term, when official voting will happen in February). New interim members will be provided with a job description, and training from those in the current roles prior to the official vote at the annual resident meeting.
Know that during this time of transition, the board has remained diligent, and committed to serving our HOA. If you have interest in serving on our board, and believe you have skills that can add value to our neighborhood, please reply to this email, introduce yourself, and we would love to meet you at our next scheduled board meeting on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, at 6:30 PM at the Southeast Regional Library located at 10599 Deerwood Park Blvd.
