Due to an increase in residents completing work without board approval, the following has been approved, and put into place (effective immediately):
ARC requests submitted with 31 days to process will incur no fees.
If an ARC Request is submitted with less than 30 days to process – or AFTER work has been completed, the homeowner will be charged a fee of $150 for review and processing.
NOTE: Any violation already carries a fee of $100 per day, up to $1,000, and if any work done is not approved by the board, the homeowner risks being made to remove or change it at their own expense.
